From May 5th to May 8th, 2024, InterSearch proudly celebrated its 35th anniversary in the vibrant city of Barcelona. This milestone is not just a testament to our longevity but a reflection of our global reach and local impact in the executive search industry.

As we mark this significant occasion, it’s an opportune moment to reflect on our journey and achievements. We are the world’s second largest executive search firm measured by the number of offices. Over the past three and a half decades, InterSearch has grown to encompass 97 offices in 51 countries. Our dedicated team, consisting of 650 consultants and over 350 researchers, continues to lead the way in executive search, placing more than 4000 executives annually.

At the heart of our celebration in Barcelona was Juhani Konu, representing Finland. Juhani is not only a pivotal member of the InterSearch team but also a key figure in the Energy and Renewables practice group. As we look to the future, InterSearch remains dedicated to providing unparalleled executive search services.
